Do you install all dishwasher brands?

Yes. We install most major dishwasher brands, including Bosch, KitchenAid, Samsung, LG, GE, Whirlpool, Maytag, Frigidaire, Miele, Thermador, JennAir, Viking, Café, and many more. If you have a less common brand, simply contact us before your appointment and we’ll be happy to confirm compatibility.

Does the installation include the installation kit?

No. Our standard installation price does not include the manufacturer-required installation kit or any additional parts. If needed, we can provide the correct installation kit for an additional charge.

Do you remove the old dishwasher?

Yes. We offer optional haul-away service for your existing dishwasher.

Your old unit will be safely disconnected, removed, and disposed of according to local regulations. Haul-away service is available for an additional fee.

What is included in a standard dishwasher installation?

Our standard installation includes:

• Removal of the existing dishwasher (if requested)
• Water supply connection
• Drain hose connection
• Electrical connection using the existing outlet or hardwired connection
• Precision leveling and secure mounting
• Leak inspection
• Complete operational testing
• Basic cleanup of the work area

Note: Standard installation assumes the existing plumbing and electrical connections meet current code requirements and no modifications are necessary.

What happens if additional work is required?

If your installation requires plumbing modifications, electrical upgrades, cabinet modifications, countertop drilling, new shut-off valves, or any other non-standard work, we’ll explain the situation and provide a quote before performing any additional work.

No extra work will ever be completed without your approval.

Can I purchase my dishwasher from another retailer?

Absolutely. We install dishwashers purchased from Lowe’s, Home Depot, Costco, Best Buy, Amazon, and most other retailers.

Your dishwasher must be delivered before our technician arrives. We also offer local appliance pickup for an additional fee if needed.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We proudly stand behind our workmanship with a 90-day labor warranty.

If an issue occurs due to our installation—such as a leak, loose connection, or leveling problem—we’ll return and correct it at no additional cost.

The manufacturer’s warranty for the appliance remains separate and is handled directly by the appliance manufacturer.

What happens if additional work is required?

Most standard dishwasher installations take approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours.

Appointments are typically available within 1 to 3 business days, depending on scheduling availability.
